Two hours to Cardiff on the bus.
Took pictures of the road sign!
Took me 8 attempts to get that.
Finally had to go down the aisle of the bus and sit in the aisle by the driver to take this through the front windscreen ... The driver didn't like me being there but I got the photo.

Mum's mother came from that village in Wales.
It's only 25 miles from Cardiff.

Checked with Darren and resigned myself to not stopping at the Millenium Centre..... Just as well I am coming back here myself....I am so glad I decided to do that.
We will just get to see it on the city tour.

Anyway onto Cardiff Castle.
This was a great tour.
Climbed the tower. The view from up there was amazing.
Toured the rooms.
Just fantastic.

Then... The city tour....I'm ready....
Saw the BBC Studios...
Old churches etc
( Must admit... Didn't really take a lot in... Was waiting for that photo opportunity....)
And that was all I managed to get!
Have to stay tuned for a MUCH better photo when I come back next week.

So didn't get to sit where Cap't Jack sat today after all.

Beautiful hotel. Great room.
Off to dinner in an old Inn... Got a chance to play an old harp. I was very good.

Katrina, have bought two chandeliers for the foyer from Waterford Chrystal.
Paid with that card you gave me.... Tax back at the airport. I get to keep that, right?

Onto Bath and Stonehenge then Meagan's tomorrow night. I think I will sleep for a week.
Been great fun but we have packed so much into it.
