...I get up to do some sightseeing and enjoy amazing weather.
...I sign up for some tours, including a free tour of Moscow, a Kremlin tour and a metro tour
...I go on a tour of Kremlin and see many things here that don't work, for example the world's largest bell that never chimed or the world's largest cannon that never fired a shot and I find out that nobody really knows where Putin lives but that there may be a secret metro line from the Kremlin to his villa (on account of Moscow traffic). But even if there isn't he can helicopter to work if needed. Soviet secrecy V2.0.
...I visit some wonderful churches, listen to a beautiful choir in St. Basil's cathedral and am impressed by how huge, neat, wealthy and organized the city appears to be
...I see that Moscow has its own version of the city bike system and that it shuts down even earlier in the year than Warsaw - end of September! :/
...I discover a Reserved (Polish youth clothing brand) shop, located on the corner of a prestigious avenue right off the Red Square. Prices are pretty prestigious as well - roughly 2x of the Polish rates.
...I go to pick up my Marathon bib - it's a long subway ride and a long walk after that, but everything works perfect. The girls at the stand also help me figure out some Russian words in a chat I'm having with a local girl on Tinder :)
...I see that some of those subway tunnels go reaaaallly deep here. An escalator ride can take up to 2-3 minutes!
