Well it was another one of those days that just fly by without having anything to show for it. I can't actually remember what we did other than food shopping!! Everything still wasn't open as it was Easter Monday, We just watched a film and stayed in! Boring i know but sometimes its all you want to do!

Easter day today and no eggs to eat!! We thought we were in for a boring day, we expected everything to be shut. We decided to go for a walk to the Botanical Gardens and en route we found an excellent market going on, there were hundreds of people there and all the cafes and bars were open. It was so cold this morning!! we had to catch the bus at 8am and had to wait for it in the cold. It was a long journey today to Christchurch, we stopped off at Lake Tekapo which would normally be lovely i imagine but it was quite cloudy so we couldn't see the top of the mountains.
