Finally we have had gloriuos sunshine, and enjoyed relaxing by the water pools along the front at Townsville. On Friday we got the ferry across to Magnetic Island. We arrived into Cairns and felt like we had stepped into a sauna. It was so hot and sticky, but also black skies, not what we were hoping for. We spent the last few days relaxing at Craigs cousins, Andrew & Mandish, after 5 days of driving. Its when you hit the road you realise just how big Australia is, and how long it takes to get from one city to the next. We arrived in melbourne on Tuesday, and the first stop was of course Ramsey Street. We wasnt able to drive up the street as they were filming, and we got to see Toadie been filmed walking across the street.
