We stood on the only place in the US where you can be in four different states at one time - Arizona, New Mexico, Colorado, and Utah. Very cool.
The plaza surrounding the exact point had lots of Native American goods to purchase. We talked to two vendors- one talking about his art and it's use in medicine, how the sick or troubled would see a medicine man and he would create an intricate design in the ground by spreading colored sand and herbs. Then the person would sit or lay on the design, and there would be prayers and chants said, and finally brush away the sand.
The second Navajo talked to us about Foxwoods and Fenway Park.
