Day 18: Chinese Medicine.
We haven't really been hitting the sightseeing as hard these past couple of days as Josh has taken in a bit too much of the bay breezes here.
The last couple of nights he's had a bark worse than those sea lions on Pier 39, so this morning we bit the bullet and made an appointment at a nearby doctors.
A diagnosed sinus infection, bag of antibiotics, and $300 later he was good to go!
We fitted in a quick visit to Chinatown where we grabbed a bit of lunch (had the Four Seas Restaurant to ourselves at 1.30pm) and a bit of shopping, after which I took the little one back to our apartment and Nic went on to do a bit more sightseeing including taking a few happy snaps of the city from the top of Coit Tower.
Our last night in SF will be a quiet one - quiet for us that is. The city itself though is in the grip of Giants fever with Game 1 of the World Series being played in town tonight.
Just about everyone you've passed in the city this week has been wearing some sort of Giants merchandise. Josh and I will be wearing our matching jerseys tonight in the warmth and comfort of our lounge room - and after seeing what tickets are going for, a tad richer for the experience as well!
Tomorrow we pick up our hire car and head down Highway 1 to Monterey.
Road Trip!

Barry B. Ironically have been watching the Giants live on Fox myself this week!Hope U get a good nights sleep with a couple of big drive days ahead - take extra care on the Hway & we hope Josh is Ok.
TB He's good, bouncing around the apartment as we speak. He's just been really croaky lately when it gets to the early evening and morning. Doc reckons the antibiotics will nip things in the bud over the next couple of days.
