Day 8: Legoland.
All rested up, today we jumped on the Grayline and headed about an hour south to Carlsbad (half way between LA and San Diego) to visit Legoland.
While the rides were always going to struggle to compare with what we've experienced at Disney these past couple of days, the Mini Land section of the park (with scaled city landscapes) was something to behold - the photos hardly do them justice.
I'm sure Josh will have some grand plans with his Lego set when he gets home.
Speaking of the boy, we've just pulled out of the park, a little past 5pm and he's gone! Zzzzzzzz
