Day 16: Doona Day!
Sorry folks, not too much to report from today.
The rain clouds rolled into San Fran and with Josh and I both a little under the weather, we spent most the day on the couch of our apartment. Thankfully one of the 86 channels on the tv was re-running the Star Wars series, so my recently trained Jedi apprentice was kept entertained!
Nic though got out to do her food tour of China Town. By all reports, her and the other 6 people in the party really enjoyed the experience.
The big news in the city though is that the local baseball team, the San Francisco Giants won again to progress through to the 'World Series' (the grand final of the code). Their win was greeted by cars honking and people cheering in the streets, so I'm guessing the place is going to be a buzz for the rest of our stay.
