Slept well, nice buffet breakfast. Bright start but soon clouded over. Went on an orientation tour lead by a local resident. Driver arrived early at 7.50 am, amazing trip round the M25, at Heathrow very early,, check in went smoothly. Breakfast in Weatherspoons, croissant and marmalade! Joan did some duty free shopping. Plane took off and landed on schedule, also right on cue the rain started! 2 hour drive to the hotel, rain stopped.
