Today we drove to Cober Pedy through the middle of nowhere ( again) some of you have probably heard of Coober Pedy another mining town which mines for opals. We drove into the town and then picked a place to stay which today was a place called Oasis caravan park. We quickly unpacked so that we could take a walk through town. We went to Silverton on 6/5 which is a little historic town in the middle of no where. We did a tour of the underground mine. It was really cool experience that I won't forget. As we walked to the shaft we saw that the entrance was really small. mum who I didn't think was that claustrophobic when she saw it decided that the mine wasn't for her.
