James pulled a muscle in his back yesterday carrying his bag funny so he was very stiff this morning, I had a sort of our things while he did some booking on the wifi they have here. We got a bag together and went down to the beach, we had something to eat first then sat on the beach all afternoon reading. The beach here is lovely, everything seems to be about the beach in Palolem. There are a lot of boats here too. We came back just before mosquito biting time and got changed to have something to eat.
