8th Wonder of the World....they say! Well it's pretty damn close I guess. 9hr drive from Methven, 5 to Queenstown where I spent Fri night on the lash and then an early morning drive to Milford. The drive itself is quite stunning. Spent the day in this tranquil setting, next to the waterfall with the sun beating down and the tide licking the shore...arrrr lush! The batmobile coughed and spluttered back to Glenorchy (40 mins west of Queenstown) Spent Sat night in the local boozer, sampling the local tipples! Sunday, being a day of rest....I naturally headed for the DZ and got 3 absolutely breath-taking jumps in over the fjords...video to follow. Headed home on a 6 hour journey after a tremendous weekend.
