Today we booked an all day tour around Santorini to see the main sites and to hear the history of the island. We were picked up by a coach and taken to the port where we jumped on a sailing boat out to the burnt island. Here we got off the boat and trekked up to the top of the volcano were we learnt how the three islands today were all joined as one like a ring before the volcano erupted and split them up.
