arrived in sydney last thing at night and then walked to the hostel which was a longer walk than we expected.then..when we got there,there had been a mix up with who was supposed to be in the room. so we had to wait for them to get it all sorted.luckily we booked a double room for ourselves for the week.we watched new year in at Darling Harbour and it was amazing, well worth watching! we visited Sydney Harbour Bridge. Got to be seen .there's a beautiful botanical garden opposite the opera house.the local buses are good and run regularly to Bondi and other popular beaches.China Town is worth checking out for your bargains.while you are in sydney ,visiting The Blue Mountains is a must. you will always remember it!
