lennox head yha is smaller than the last few we have stayed in and you can feel the friendlier vibe ( get me ) we spent xmas here and had a great day with brekkie on the beach and a b b q later on . the beach is only 100m from the hostel as is the lake. here you can canoe or learn to wind surf f.o.c . the canoing was a great laugh as the wind was too stong and kept turning you. started to surf which was fun and had a day out to byron bay (sorry can't see all ...

the greyhound bus was quick enough and we arrived at coffs ready for beach, err unfortunetly the weather wasn't. so we setteled in and got oriented . really good cycling shop next to the yha , so that got me sorted. the beaches here are as you'd expect long , clean and empty. the small harbour has smoother sea which makes for easier swimming. there are lots of activetys to do from raftin to sky diving. gutted to have missed rafting but there will be other times...

first stop,colleroy,1/2 hr from sidney and perfect for just chillin' or learning to surf.not the cheapest of places for eating! one of the beachside cafes wanted 13 dollars for a pancake!manly, 1/2 hr bus ride away is a great place to visit. very clean. great shopping area and beach.also a nice harbour area.blacksmiths beach is 9 miles long and is great for surfing.also alongside the biggest lake in australia.much more reasonable, price wise. plenty of super mark...
