My opening line, where has the time flown too. Day 74 I can remember day 1 so clearly, it was cold, damp, windy leaving home on the hill making our way to our first night in Tocumal via Bendigo, the leaves were falling off in their wonderfull full colours of Autumn. All I know is that it has been great time together and sure there were disputes and a few low quiet times and big full on days, rain, sunshine wind, birds screeching in the night as well as fellow campers snorers but all in all its been a time to remember how great this country is. It has the most magnificent beauty and barren lands and I hope Mike's wonderful photos have told this story well. He has really enjoyed the comments our friends have taken time to make on them. Me I wish I didn't have that fall and stitches and a very buised right side of my head but as you all know my running and tennis career has been put to rest forever!.
There are quite a few places that we have missed or only had a few days to stay in that we shall remember and return to in future years, We are very excited to be travelling back down the coast as we are endevouring to catch up with our NSW friends, like today we are having lunch with a long time friend Ann, who we met first time on our way out to Australia 1980, yes thats is a long time. Then tonight we meet up with Tracy & Rob who have moved up here from the Central Coast some years ago and she & I met when we worked togther at Terrigal Holiday Inn Crown Plaza 1995'ish
Best get myself together as time is flying and I am just lazing about again talking to you. Keep the sunshining and the smile on the dial to all xx
