'jetboating in middle earth'

In queenstown on the south island of new zealand- right in the middle of the southern alps, and right amoungst much of the scenery where lord of the rings was filmed- so u can imagine how spectacular it is. took an amazing day trip to milford sound- and a cruise up the fjord where we had dolphins swimming right up next to us on the boat, which was really cool. it's like a big geography lesson here- pyramidal peaks, hanging valleys and all that. also walked right up to fox glacier on the west coast, which is still carving out a huge valley. all picture postcard stuff.
