The rain put paid to our plans for a last morning in Denmark so we decided to set off for the ferry in the hope that we could get the long, necessary drive done as early as possible and hopefully the weather would improve. Improve it did so that it had hit 30 degrees by the time we had crossed the Baltic Sea and were driving South on the German mororway.... the same boring motorway with the epic traffic jam we sat in back in May was still as boring and as packed...

Beautiful day at Møns Klint today. We decided to walk to the GeoCenter through the forest dodging fat, red slugs and numerous flying insects on the way to arrive at a GeoCenter that was a lot busier than we expected. I feel like we have hit a lot of museums in Scandinavia but there have actually been a lot of really good museums to visit and today was no exception - a Geological museum tracing the geological history of Denmark.... I feel like we have already learnt a lot about Vikings on this trip, Daniel even told me in Stockholm that we 'have done Vikings, I know it all' but we surprised ourselves and learnt some new things today.
