So we have left behind the south island and headed to the north. Already the difference is quite noticable as we are actually in a city which isnt quiet and laid back, it actually has people bustling about doing an actual job! Not saying that everyone else didnt have one its just that these look like your generic business types running about etc. Wellington seams pretty cool and looks like there are some great places to go in the city. The only problem is that the only campervan sites are miles outside the city which means we have to pay for parking, cant fit in multi-stories (due to the height of the van!) and if we want to go out one will have to de designated driver for the night. The other alternative is to fork out on a taxi from the sites, which would cost quite a bit. Today we have been wonderin about the city, went to the national museum, which was actually really good. Thats pretty much all from Wellington so far, hopefully some good times to come on the north island.
