Hello all again. We are in Franz Josef, which is a small town but really close to the glaciers so you can do tours of them from here. So far here we been on a glacier walking tour which pretty much took us as far as you can go up the glacier without having to spend hours digging out a new route. We have also been quad biking. Both of these activities have been really good. Since the last blog we have also been jet boating, white water rafting and i have been bungy jumping (video on facebook!) all these activities again where really gud, especially the bungy. Me and Dave decided to leave the skydiving until we get to the north island where the weather may be a little better and therefore able to do it on a clear day. After Queenstown we backtracked and visited Milford sound, which was really nice. The drive to get there is pretty spectacular, although there is absolutely nothing there, just the ferry terminal and a info centre, so the night waiting to do the boat trip was pretty borin! We have also visited Wanaka for a night which was nice when we got there as it has great views across the lake, but soon the weather came in and you couldnt see much at all. Thats pretty much a brief summary of what we have been up to since Queenstown, i could go more in depth but my time on the internet is nearly up, and i could rabbit on for some time.
