DAY FIFTY THREE

Today i moved into my new hostel - Coogee Surfside!

I woke up and said goodbye and thanks to the lovely Calum who had kept me entertained through the past few days and had been cooking for us all! i then headed up to Coogee where i got my hostel and was welcomed in and everyone already knew who i was because of my name haha! I am currently the only girl in my room so as soon a si walked through the doors, i just got and overwhelming smell or socks. it was not nice so i open all the windows and was like ew!

I then quickly headed to the beach which is just opposite the hostel :D! i chilled there for about 4 hours and then noticed there was some music coming from the far end of the beach. So i decided that i should go and check it out! Once there i found out it was a hostel day out, and then i got made to join in, even though i didnt even go to the hostel! i got talking to a group of people and made friends with a guy called Barry, he invited me to a booze cruise that was happening that night and because i didnt know anyone, i went along!

I met them at there hostel and me, Barry, Will, Donal and Gerrard went towards the dock which is where the boat should be chilling! I actually hadn't bought a ticket, i had one from this guy who had used it from the week before but it was identical to the others tickets! When we were in the queue i got in and they didnt even check my ticket which was so good!

We went straight to the top deck and as we were sailing, we got to see the Harbour Bridge and Sydney Opera house all lit up which was actually amazing! i tried my hardest to get some pictures of all of us and that in the background but my camera isnt that hi-tech to do something as difficult as that!

Nothing eventful really happened on the boat to be honest, but once we got off the boat we got a free bus and entry to a club called "Gaff". On entry it was ok and we got one free drink which was a choice out of beer or wine. After getting bored of Gaff we went back to a place called "scary canary" or something like that! this place was actually really cool, except loads of fights kept going on and a girl who was with us called Sian kept getting kicked in the face, and she was not happy!!

I then went to get a lovely Subway and then went home and curled up in my lovely comfy bed! which was full of sand but that was my own fault!
