Hi Peeps!!

We landed here on the 30th Oct, it's really nice and clean but the weather is similar to that of England turning from Spring into Summer.

We were really chilled out coming here as we met a girl from Auckland in L.A. she came and picked us up from the airport and she is letting us stay with her, so we're getting a good price on rent. She took us out all weekend checking out the night life and having a laugh, we're going to plan a trip next weekend go and see the glow worms and stuff like that.

The flat we're staying in is beautiful, it's in Avendale. Apparently the Avendale spider is the one they used for Arachnophobia!!! ARGHH we haven't seen any though.

It's pretty much a city break here, we're gonna go up the Sky Tower where the view is supposed to be aicked (that's what the pic is of) We got a pic infront of it the other night, they change the colour of the building on certain event, like Oct was Breast Cancer awareness so it was pick, it was yellow the other night though.

Other than that we haven'tdone to much yet, think we'll stay for like 2 weeks and save some cash then head to the South Island for 2 weeks and do the Glacier Hike and stuff so that should be good.
