Hi Peeps!!!

Ok so last time we were just getting the train to Adelaide I think!!! So it's a very very long journey, we lasted to full 10 ours including the 30 mins we gained as the clocks went back as we crossed states.

We made it to Glenelg which is really nice and the guys who owns the hostel sorted us out so we had a room to ourselves and he kept moving people out so we had it to ourselves which was sweet!!!Oh it was soo long ago now I have to remember what we did!!! So we went into town and basically just chilled out around Adelaide again the weather wasn't great at the time. The last night before we were due to pick up our campervan we were just going to have afew drinks, I got hammered!!!! Oh Tony (the hostel owner!!) had put another couple in our room as they too were driving the Great Ocean road the day after so we were matched up to go in convoy!!!

So with a hangover we set off in the morning to pick up our Van ha ha it's massive it's like a big 4x4 thing and we have planks off wood we have to pull out and we have a bed over the front seats!!! Off we went on our Great Ocean Road adventure!!!! We drove for ages thinking it's not very Oceanany infact it's very inland and it's not all the way from Melbourne to Adelaide it's a little bit in between. Well we didn't actually make it to the Great Ocean Road on the first day, we stopped off in Robe for a night, nice little place very quite though.

Day 2 we drove for about 11 hours in total. You have to pull over to all these look outs to see things, it is amazing though. We saw Loch Ard Gorge which was a boat that sank and only 2 people survived and they lived in a cave on the beach, we couldn't see the ship wreck though. Stopped off at the 12 Apostles, although there actually only 6 the rest of them fell down!!We were going to go to a lighthouse you can go up too but it was shut by the time we got there!!! We headed for Lorne where we were staying the night. We drove into a caravan park and a Koala bear ran across the road in front of us and climbed up a tree next to us!!! Sooooo cute, and those Kukabura(no idea how you spell it!!!) birds were calling out!!! We found another site that had the barriers up and no one asked us so we had a free night in a caravan park!! GET IN!!

We set off again in the morning and we saw 3 Kanagaroos just chilling by the side of a lake, then it kinda turned back into a main road so we headed back to Melbourne.

We got here dropped our stuff off at the hostel and tried to drop the van off we got sooo lost!!! Then we had to get back, so walking in flip flops and baggy joggers to the train station in the rain I was not happy!!! We got back and had a shower!! (we needed it we hadn't had a shower for 2 days!!! ERGH!!! ) then Chris rang and said his mates were all going out if we wanted to come so we went out and I was again a little worse for wear but Paul was def steaming too so he can't whinge that I'm always drunk!!!

SO today we have headaches and we were going to do a wash but the system that heats the water in the hostel burnt out so no hot water should be back on soon though!!!
