Hi All, Well we have arrived safely on the South Island. We flew to Christchurch today and its bloody cold compared to the North Island and Oz! We are in trousers and jumpers so no sun bathing to be done here. We are picking up a hire car tomorrow and are heading off further south but we are not sure where yet. We will keep you all updated on where we have visited along the way. We are hoping to see glaciers, mountains, lakes and lots of beautiful scenery. It is Lord of The Rings country after all!
