Today, we go to a Tours by train. We had a fruitful shopping adventure, thanks to Clarissa's blog review, we were in and out with purchases and VAT returned.
We had a harrowing ride to the airport down roads with no lines, two or three lanes of traffic - you choose. We made it into the train and our seat mate Jacques is kicking back in his case - I'll have what he is having...cause he is so mellow (not like me - uptight logistics lady)! After an hour ride, we will be in Tours...
We arrived in Tours and are staying right at the train station- not near, at... I will attach some photos of our family room and view of the tracks! It reminds Clarissa of softball... well, we won't miss our meet up with the Backroads folks in the morning...
