Day two of biking and all members of our party did very well as we racked up another 30 miles...
We started in the rain - as Jack would say, "not my favorite...". But we biked through the light rain to Chateau de Gizeau where we got a personal tour, did wine tasting and then had a picnic lunch. Oh the cheese...so much cheese, so much wine - so yummy.
The trick is that you have to get back on the bike and pedal back... which we did. We all put our feet in the freezing pool and it was a good way to end the ride. Tonight we go out and we will report back! More soon...
