Today we arrived in koh phi phi island.
We hadn't booked any accommodation so as soon as we got off the pier we were greeted with lots of tourist places selling rooms for the night they had lots of boards with pictures of the rooms and prices. You have to look through and see what each place offers like free wifi, AC, hit water etc. Then just make a choice and go with the flow as it's really busy and hectic.
It's a very small island and is filled with bars, shops, massage parlours and hotels/hostels. It has a lovely beach which is like paradise that you see on the postcards as it's white waters and clear waters.
One of the tutors that we did here was on a long tail boat of some islands, snorkelling, night swimming and watching the sun set. This was a really good half day and amazing to see the fish and coral. We booked the tour through ibex which were good and had some great tour guides. It cost 500 Bart (£10pp) which was a good price and lunch was included. If u wanted you could have paid more to do cliff jumping but to save money we decided not to do it and to be honest it was worth the extra 400 Bart (£8).
Never the less we rally enjoyed the trip as it took us to maya bay which was where the beach was filmed and again had some fantastic views and the quit beach white sands and clear waters, just amazing!!
