Batu feringgi is only a short bus jurney from George Town about 30-40 mins and only cost 2.70 ringgit (0.60p)

You need to catch the 101 bus either on the street or at a bus stop/ bus station and ask for a place in batu feringgi just as easy as that :-)

This place is more of a beach town and seems to have one main road right through it. During the day time it's quite and chilled and at night time the Main Street turns into a market with lots of souvenirs and some rather expensive food shops (do be wary that there is an extra 16% on top of the price for government taxes which makes food really expensive)

Nice place to stay if you like the beach if not then good for a night or two. We stayed at the lazed boys as we are on a budget which was basic but fine for what you need :-)
