The London 2012 Olympics have begun. I watched the opening ceremony on Nick's laptop from a downloaded torrent on Saturday 27th at 11pm (a day late) in Koh Samui, Thailand after a traditional English meal of 'bangers and mash' (my first in six months!). Typical, when we arrive it decides to rain - it did only last a short while but we admit that we were worried that it was set in for the week!
