So now in Hong Kong and we're really enjoying it here. Its such a cool country. There is an insane amount of people and shops for that matter (which isn't always a good thing when you have the shopping habits that we seem to) but it's so high tech and has so many different sides to it. After arriving in Hong Kong we stumbled upon a street market and spent nearly all our allocated amount for our time here in only one night!!!! But once you get into the bartering way of things you find yourself haggling for things you dont even need (i.e. Bath mats and soap dispensers and all sorts-its crazy!) So far we've been up to Victoria Peak, on a very very steep tram, where you can look out over Hong Kong skyline and take in the view. We've been to Hong Kong's park and botanical garden (which is slightly diofferent to most as it's home to a few jaguars-the animal not the car!) And we've been to repulse bay (which despite its name is pretty nice if slightly artificial!). Next on the agenda we're planning to go to some of Hong Kong's temples and then to finish off our time here we're going to head over on a boat to one of Hong Kong's Islands called Lamma Island for a bit or relaxation.
