It's bloody pissing it down when we arrive - the first rain in almost 2 months apparently! How's that for timing?! Thankfully, the next day was back to normal....sunshine!
Ali was still unable to walk properly so we slowly limped around the sights of Perth. I think I was a little too tough on Ali though - making him walk for miles and miles! Still, he should have said no!

Anyway, we managed to meet up with a friend of my cousin who now lives in Oz with his Aussie wife. We met up with them for a traditional Sunday drink (the infamous "Sunday Sess" as it's called here)! It basically involves going to one of the many hotels along the coast, namely Cottesloe, and drinking ALL day! (I hate to think how people feel when they go to work on Monday....Monday's are bad enough WITHOUT a killer hangover as well)!

We are also joined by our new friend, Cath, who we met on our Kangaroo Island tour - she has stupidly argreed to join us on our Southern Curl tour.............
