Right, after yesterday being a right off we were ready to do some exploring, after a little chill this morning and some breakfast we made our way up to the main road to ask about our bus ticket to Vang Vieng. Today we woke up feeling pretty bad! After 3 pints 2 vodka red bulls and sharing 2 litres of vodka with some new friends, we decided to spend the day in bed, which after yesterday's travels we needed anyway! We got up around 4 in the afternoon and went and grabbed some food - still feeling rough we had a wander around and went back to sleep - was nice to just watch some tv and chill! Tomorrow we might be going in a tour around the area! We will see...

We woke up early today to get down for breakfast, which consisted of fried egg, bread and bananas. Simple but did the job. After that we jumped on the tiny mini bus again and made the 1.5 hour drive to the pier. This time the driver thought we would enjoy some music, which strangely consisted of snoop dog, some Thai dance music, linkin park, some funky 80's, five and other 90's pop! Played loudly over some bassy speakers! We then arrived at the pier, got herd...

Today was the first of 2 full days travelling! We chose the 2 days trip (1 day by road 1 day by boat) rather than the 3 day (1 day road 2 days boat). We woke and and grabbed a quick breakfast before we were picked up. We assumed we would get a mini bus to the bus terminal and get on a coach - we were wrong. 6 hours on a mini bus through windy mounting roads, not the most comfortable bus we've had but definitely the best view ( no picture would do it justice)....

Today we decided not to do anything! We have a two day trip tomorrow ad were feeling quiet tiered. So we had a lay in and around 11 we made a move into town to get some food. Once we had eaten we went back to the room and slept ad watched films. In the evening we decided to have a few beers and grab some food at the restraunt down the road. Day done!
