I am sure it is a great city with a lot to offer but it reminded me of Savannah or Asheville. I ventured into the Blue Mountains on a guided coach tour yesterday. We first stopped at a wildlife park where I got to touch a koala and hand feed a kangaroo! It was amazing! The roos were hopping around the park with no restrictions between us and them. There was also a fifteen foot crocodile who had not been fed since March just chillin' by his pond. Scary! So i am here safe and sound. Everything has been good so far. I have kind of been in a funk the past couple of days as I am a little stressed about work and finding a place to live. Went to the Opera House yesterday and then took the ferry to Manly. Everything has been so beautiful so far. The hostel is clean and very friendly but I am ready to have a place of my own ( no communal bathrooms) and to not live out of a suitcase anymore. I hope to hit Bondi/Coo...
