Au revoir Ile de Re. Again more good byes as we leave France and our grand children once again. We hhave had a such great 5 days on the island. Every day we cycled to a village for lunch or gelato it was cool so many people all biking around the island and the busy time is still to come. We have enjoyed the French patisseries and every morning down to the boulanger for fresh baguettes and pain aux chocolate for breakfast. They even have surf beaches although the weather cooled down this week and we didn't get in much swimming other than the hot tub. The kids headed off to Lyon and then to Breoncon as Brett is doing the Etape -good luck.
Another long dayfor us flying from La Rochelle to London Gatwick.Train to city and arrived at 11pm. Nice little apartment. Good start this morning first stop Borough st markets on man the food and fresh fruit and oh so cheap. Have booked a couple of bikes so heading out tomorrow to explore outer London heading to Windsor wish us luck.

Graeme and Jenny b***** . Obviously lost the rest of what I wrote above. Sounds great the French Village and being with your family as well. Good luck with your cycling and enjoy your High Tea at Windsor with Her Majesty and Charles
Popeye Really sounds like you're struggling...oh well not much longer and you're back at work.
