nic and holly Sounds like you had a fun last day, have a safe trip home and we look forward to hearing all about your adventure on your return. Holly is looking forward to cuddles as well, take care, safe journey x
re: Bondi Beach, New South WalesSamantha I imagine falling asleep is all she will want to do at the time of the morning although I imagine you will be on Australia time still. Glad you went to Bondi having seen so much on tv although it must be totally different in winter. Pity about the lifeguards you will just have to go back in the summer to see them :-) not long until home time. Can't wait to see you and hear all about it in person. X x x
re: Bondi Beach, New South WalesSamantha Congratulations on completing the climb I have to admit I am not sure I could have done it. I bet the views were worth it though. You are being spoilt you lucky girl. What an amazing thing to end your trip with :-) x x
re: Sydney, New South WalesMum I knew you couldn't go to Sydney and not visit Bondi. Pity that you didn't find a lifeguard to flirt with but at least you can say you "paddled" in the water at Bondi even if you were on your own on the beach. Next time you watch the TV programme you can say "I was there". Looking forwrd to seeing you early on Sunday morning at Heathrow and hearing all about your trip, if you don't fall asleep as soon as you get in the car.
re: Bondi Beach, New South WalesBill You and Michelle have certainly done a lot on your trip to Sydney, glad you got to do the bridge walk, (picked that bit up from the other messages)

re: Blue Mountains, New South WalesSamantha Sounds like your having an amazing time you won't want to come home :-) although we all miss you. I am glad you got to do your bridge walk today I bet it is amazing. I would love to do something like that. Pete did it and he said it is spectacular so I hope it's a nice day and you get to see everything. Only a few days left now so I hope you make the most of you last night. I am glad you bought a treat in Tiffanys, mums right you will have to travel more in order to keep up your tradition. Love you lots x x x
re: Blue Mountains, New South WalesMum Wow that must have been an exciting day out. The scenery looks impressive and it must have been a change to get out of the city to see a bit of the countryside. You have certainly seen as much of Australia as you could have fitted into a three week trip. Got your text so I gather you did get to do the bridge walk. What have you got planned for your last day before you have to get back on another plane for home. Love mum
re: Blue Mountains, New South WalesMum Glad you have achieved your goal to buy yourself a necklace from an Australian Tiffany's store. 5 countries down and how many more to go! No pressure but you are going to have to do a bit more travelling. Hope you manage to complete the bridge walk, it seems a bit scary to me but certainly something to talk about when you get back and I expect the views will be spectacular. I guess it must be cold if Michelle needs her gloves but at least the sun is out.
re: Sydney, New South WalesMun It sounds like you had a great time on the whale watching trip. Exciting to see the whales up close. Dad says he is glad to see that you knew that a group of whales was a "pod". As you fly back to Sydney on Monday make the most your last week in Australia and visit Tiffany's and see if you can find a special present to remind you of a very special holiday.
re: Byron Bay, New South WalesBill Wow, sounds like you have seen and done a lot on your tour so far, but why would you go all that distance and not fill every day. Really enjoying the updates, photos and everything about your adventure
re: Byron Bay, New South Walesaustralian-adventure We couldn't take pictures of the penguins as the flashes stress them out and then they end up very ill. But off to see the whales today so will be sure to take lots of pictures today. Xxx
re: Melbourne, VictoriaMum Glad the penguins lived up to their press as the No 1 Attraction. No doubt you took some photographs. Can't wait to hear about your experiences. The tower sounds a bit scary just as well you are not frightened of heights - you wouldn't get me on the glass platform. Now only Sydney to see but first of all enjoy your final few days in Brisbane. I hope you are getting people to take pictures of you and not just lots of views - although they are nice to look at. You need to see if you can get a good picture of you and Michelle.
re: Melbourne, VictoriaMum You have certainly found lots to do in Melbourne. Everything from Monet to King Kong - who would believe the diversity of culture you have experienced. Well done to you for getting out there and finding lots to do to make your visit to the city memorable. Hope the rain stays away and doesnt spoil your trip to Phillip Island.
