Australian Adventure
Well last day of my trip so what else was there to do than head to Bondi Beach?? It is incredibly quiet down here jut some tourists and the odd runner so no action like on the tv show!! Some what disappointed but I did go paddling in the sea. It wasn't that cold although Michelle said Queenslanders don't get that close to the water in the winter!! For the rest of the day we are hoping to do some cultural stuff to see what lives were like in the colonial days then tonight we are heading out for our last night in the city. It has been a phenomenal holiday but I need to come home to rest!! And of course to see you all as I've missed you all loads. Xxxx

Mum I knew you couldn't go to Sydney and not visit Bondi. Pity that you didn't find a lifeguard to flirt with but at least you can say you "paddled" in the water at Bondi even if you were on your own on the beach. Next time you watch the TV programme you can say "I was there". Looking forwrd to seeing you early on Sunday morning at Heathrow and hearing all about your trip, if you don't fall asleep as soon as you get in the car.
Samantha I imagine falling asleep is all she will want to do at the time of the morning although I imagine you will be on Australia time still. Glad you went to Bondi having seen so much on tv although it must be totally different in winter. Pity about the lifeguards you will just have to go back in the summer to see them :-) not long until home time. Can't wait to see you and hear all about it in person. X x x
