Well, here we are. At Uluru, waiting for Lisanne.

We stayed last night at Kulgera, which is literally in the middle of nowhere, at a very uninspired rest stop/roadhouse, which has a powered campground attached to it. However, the bathroom was clean and it had a POOL. Yes, a swimming pool, so all was wonderful.

Back on the road this morning, and an uneventful drive to Uluru, although we did drive over a snake.

Fortunately, the Yulara Campground has a swimming pool, which was a bit of a life-saver, as it was 41 degrees here today. Spent a couple of hours lazing in the pool, chatting with a Dutch couple from Nijmegen.

Tomorrow we will do laundry ...
