Day 4 - January 1, 2024 Cruising the Caribbean Sea
Happy New Year
I will generally not write anything on sea days but today the culinary staff prepared a wonderful brunch for New Year's Day.
So much food so little time
Various food stations were set up in the Grand Dining Room that included the following:
- Hot food station offering ham and salmon baked in a pastry shell
- Cold meat station offering various types of meat
- Cheese station with many different types of cheese
- Salad station which many guests did not use
- Bread station with baguettes, french bread and donuts (no I did not have one)
- Dessert station that was my favourite
As I said so much to see so little little time to consume.

Chris & Paula Happy New Year!…the brunch sounds lovely…I don’t usually touch the salad either….minus 20C with wind chill here….heading for Florida Thursday through a gauntlet of winter storms rolling up the eastern seaboard…will be there until March.
