Day 4 - January 1, 2024 Cruising the Caribbean Sea

Happy New Year

I will generally not write anything on sea days but today the culinary staff prepared a wonderful brunch for New Year's Day.

So much food so little time

Various food stations were set up in the Grand Dining Room that included the following:

• Hot food station offering ham and salmon baked in a pastry shell
• Cold meat station offering various types of meat
• Cheese station with many different types of cheese
• Salad station which many guests did not use
• Bread station with baguettes, french bread and donuts (no I did not have one)
• Dessert station that was my favourite

As I said so much to see so little little time to consume.
