Hi everyone!

We made it, after over twenty four hours on trains planes and such like we have finally arrived in Bangkok. We are safe and sound and have spent much of today in bed as neither of us had any sleep since wednesday!

Oh my god we were not ready for the tropical climate, its unbelievable, but great. We were chauffered in an aircon car to our hotel, a 30 minutes ride with some of the most unbelievable driving i have ever seen. We woke up this evening to heavy rain which was a god send, had green curry for tea which is hotter than the stuff you get in tescos! jus to warn you.....

Dan was the savour of the day when he got the aircon working in the room, which was so good i woke up shivering. We have booked another two nights here to give us some time to acclimitise and get a tour guide.

All in all its all great and we love it! gonna ride in a tuk tuk tomorow! and sorry this blog is so boring but we havent done much but sleep! we are safe and happy.
