Today, Sunday February 21st, I made my very first flight as Oxford 6398 on N28088. The airplane was a brand new Piper Archer TX, delivered on December 14th with it's maiden flight on December 17th. We flew from Falcon Field KFFZ to the South where we did some maneuvers in the South East and South West Practice Areas before making a pit stop at the airport of Phoenix Goodyear KGYR. The flight time was approximately 1 hour and 24 minutes. We had some moderate turbulences along the way due to the thermals (heating of the surface creates upgoing columns of air which will collide with the colder air aloft and so create trubulence). You will find some pictures in the photo album.
Tomorrow I'll have my second flight at 7h30 as Oxford 5147 on N28017, a brand new aircraft delivered in August 2020.
