Started the day with a walk around the area and a visit to Ladies market, we actually saw things 'made in Hong Kong' being sold in Hong Kong!

We had lunch at a local noodle bar that served U.S beef with noodles, we decided to avoid the shrimp paste with noodles. As the temperature was around 34 degrees we returned to the hotel to cool off.

We then decided to take the train, which was surprisingly easy! We visited a large market for electronics in Sham Shui Po then went to Tim Ho Wan for some delicious Dim Sum. Luckily some locals sat near us so we copied them when we realised the kettle of boiling water was for rinsing our chopsticks and bowls as well as drinking water.
