Day 109-119 Ok so here is a summery of Auckland as it now seems like one massive blur! Decided as we were becoming low on money that we would try and find a job for a month or so in Auckland to fund the remainder of our travels. Day 108 - Headed off to Rotorua where we stopped at a mud lake where the mud boiled (don't know the science behind it)! But the town is well known to smell...like eggs because of the sulphur lake. To be homest with you, I couldn't smell it but everyone seemed to be able to! Dropped into the place where we booked our Maouri experience for that night...we tried some onion chutney (which I don't think Anthony liked) and a guy gave us a quiz at the end to win a neckl...

Day 107 - Got up early again, and with Anthony still drunk managed somwhow to get onto the bus! Got to Taupo with Ant still feeling pretty rough, and found out that there were no activities to be do at all due to the terrible weather! Had a little walk around and grabbed a MacDonalds (it would be rude not to as they are so cheap in NZ). Couldn't really go anyway because of the heavy rain, but saw the massive lake that was made from a mealted glacier. Grabbed a $5...

Day 106 - Up early and on the bus to the ferry port. Was a bit early for the ferry so watched Sex and the City on the bus while we waited. All the boys complained but I caught them all secretly watching it when no-one was looking. Got on the ferry for the 3 and a half hour boat ride, which started off fine but turned a bit bumpy after a while. Day 103 - Back at Christchurch AGAIN, however gave the jailhouse a miss this time and opted to stay at Base in town. Didn't really do much as there isn't much to do in Christchurch. Had an Indian at the place next door and then trekked all the way to the other side of town to go to see Batman at the cinema (with Anthony very excited) only to find that it was full up already as it was cheap night.
