After great luck and many amazing days of the trip so far I guess there is always going to be a day that goes to s***. Well today was that day. It all started with a built up expectation of the the city of Avignon that for many reasons failed for us. The savior of the day was to be our last minute splurge accommodation at a nearby country club that as we sadly discovered is very different to Australian country clubs. Grrrrr. Epic rule book, extra 30 euro for linen, spiders and webs galore and school camp like room inspection before check out to name a few quarrels. No redemption for this day, after all it was Friday the 13th.
