Hi guys, Having a great time. i have just ome back from mountain biking. I'm very proud of myself because it was a technical ride with lots of knarly old trees trunks, roots, drops, bridges, see-saw etc. I have the bruises to show for it. I must point out that I rode round nearly all the above but I did have a go on riding along some of the narrow bridges with success. Whistler is the largerst Ski resort in the whole of North Americia. It's a mecca for mountain-bikers during the summer. The crazy downhillers go on the gondalas up the mountains and ride back down. I have seen many legs in plaster, arms in slings and mashed faces. An activity for the insane. I'm quite happy to stick to the cross country trails. The weather is extremely hot. It's in the mid 30's so you have the activites in the morning. I like to retire to the lake in the afternoons........He..he. Take care for now, the cool water is calling me. Loads of love Annie
