Hi Guys, Hope you are all keeping well and behaving yourselfs, just as I am. I'm in my second full days here in Banff, I have just returned from a small hike along the Bow river. It was fairly tame with little elevation. Tomorrow I will go futher a field. My quest for mountain bikes was stopped dead because I wasn't too impressed with the bikes, in-fact I was disappointed. Still, the young men were very helpful and nice..... I had seriously contemplated going riding, as in horse-riding. However I met a group of riders along the river and I have decided against it. I would have been bored out of my mind because it was a chain gang of nose to tail trekers. The horses did look well turned out and in good condition.... Even they looked bored out of their mind with their riders wearing sunglasses and mock cowboy hats. You could tell all the Brits because they were the only ones with nasty sunburns and mossie bites. (Sun and mossie cream is a must out here, so far I've been very lucky from bites and burns). There's so much to see and do here, hiking, biking, climbing, horse-riding, rafting, caving, kayaking, canoeing, fishing and golfing. Too name but an few. My time is getting short, so I will wrtie so more soon. Love Annie.
