Hi guys, Having a great time. i have just ome back from mountain biking. I'm very proud of myself because it was a technical ride with lots of knarly old trees trunks, roots, drops, bridges, see-saw etc. I have the bruises to show for it. I have been on a zip trek, which involves being hung onto a wire and then you fly through trees over creeks. Lots of fun.
