Having a fantasic time. The group I have joined are a good mix of people. I have also met up with an austrailian girl, Jules who was on the first tour to Tadoussac. We got on very well so it was nice to see a familiar face. In my group we have a retired couple from Austrialia who are celebrating their 45th wedding anniversary, two spanish ladies and a mix of brits and aussies. We also have a kiwi couple, (John and Bev), John will be representing New-Zealand in a La-Cross tournament. Yesterday in Tofino, was perhaps the best day I have had so far. I went surfing in the morning and managed to get up on the board. There is also photographic evidence to prove that it happened. Great fun and such a laugh. Just getting into the wetsuits was an adventure. In the afternoon, I went whale watching. We saw a few black bears feeding on the coast, bold headed eagles soaring in the blue skies, we bathed in the hot springs and saw many grey whales. They are truly magnificent creatures. We also saw alot of starfish. It's wonderful seeing all these creatures in their own natural environment. Jules and I sat right at the front of the zodiac boat, so it felt like being on a fairground ride because it was so bumpy and exciting. I have some great pictures which I will try to download when I have some time. (They are worth waiting for). I'm sorry to cut you short, I'm off for a shower before we all go out for a meal.
