Top of the day to you all! After leaving Whistler, Vancouver and Shuswap Lake, I'm here in Banff. It was a bus journey from hell because there was no air con..... Not funny in 38 degrees, hours of searing heat and crap loud music. Ice creams and ice pops were my salvation. I will be staying here for a few days. I'm planning to do alot of hiking and biking. I'm giving my kidneys and liver a break, after my heavy night in Whistler. It has taken me days to recover from Heidi's birthday party. We played musical statues, musical bumps and pass the pacel....I can saftey say that I have no interest in alcohol for some time. Clean living is in.... I was kiyacking yesterday morning in Revelstoke. It was good fun, the instructor was very informative and helpful. He even made the wooden kiyacks. They were impressive to look out and cut through the water with precision. Take care now, I'm off on a quest to find a good bike to hire and hope a nice young man will assist me. Lots of Love Annie
