Hello Everybody, Hope you are all doing well. Well tomorrow I will be saying goodbye to South America, I can not beleive I am finishing the first quarter of my trip. The last 3 months have flown by. And it has all been so much better than I could ever imagine. If New Zeland, Fiji, Australia and Asia will be as good as this then I can`t wait. For those who haven`t been following here is a quick list of what I have been up to.... Brazil Rio - carnival - party Foc Do Iguacu - Worlds biggest waterfall Florinopolis - beautiful beaches Uraguay Montevideo Colonia del sacramento Argentina Buenos Aires - party party Cordoba - trying to learn spanish at school Mendoza - wine tasting, water rafting, hiking Bariloche - hiking in the rain! Mar De Plata - holiday with boyfriend, then BA AS again. Peru Cuzco - 4 day inca trail Arequipa - 3 day hike around the canyons Bolivia Lake Titicaca - copacabana La Paz - Biking down the world most dangerous road Uyuni - 3 day tour of the salt flats, hot springs, volcanos Chile San Pedro - biking around the desert Santiago I`m am looking forward to getting to New Zeland, no more trying to speak spanish and hopefully no more nightmare bus journey. Even though the buses have been a nightmare then have proven to cause a lot of conversation and laughter with fellow travellers. Its all part of the south america experience. In the last few months I`ve met some great people too, you know who you all are, but I will mention nutty tina (hope to see you in Asia) and Pat Butchor and Co (hope to see you girls in NZ and OZ). And all the rest of you I am sure I will see along my travels, if not in England. Even though I'm having such a great time here, I still miss you all at home. I will ask the pilot to make the plane do a de-tour through kent, but I have a feeling he will say no. But it is worth a try!
