Westport

When we got on the bus we were all very tired but the driver, Rangi, made us all introduce ourselves to everyone on the bus as we were on a new bus and all staying together for a while. So the person who was sitting in the aisle seat had to move a seat back until they got all the way back to their original seat. We were all tired and we all just wanted to sleep - but it was so much fun! By the time we got off the bus we had spoke to so many people. All the people who were sitting on the window went for a walk together when we got the lake at Nelson, the lake was so beautiful! Before we got back on the bus, we all had to introduce ourselves again as travelling with us was a mini bus - so we all laid down in a huge circle and introduced ourselves. We all got back on the bus and stopped off for some amazing ice cream. On the way to Westport we went on a jet boat- it was so fast and lots of fun despite the fact we got soaked. We had some lovely fashionable clothes to wear to keep us warm, rain macs and sexy yellow hats! Lol! We went really fast (obviously as we were on a jet boat) and we had some spins too!

There wasn't much to do in the township of Westport, we just chilled at the hostel and dryed off from the jet boat. We went to bed early again ready to get on the bus for Lake Mahinapua.

I still have more too add from Lake Mahinapua and Wanaka - oh also photos too! There are no photos this time as have a slight incident with my memory card! Lol! Photos will be posted at a later date - but have added some photos on my facebook.

Will update my blog for the other places in the next few days - as am running out of time tonight as the bar is calling me and the bottle of vodka has my name all over it - so must dash to get changed!
